This notice explains how Goldkin Creatives, the creative studio of Julie St-Louis, handles information provided through goldkin.co. For privacy questions, contact jules@goldkin.co.
Information you provide
Contact forms collect your name, email address, project type and message. You may also provide a business name, preferred booking date, budget and timeline. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Why the information is used
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare a quote, communicate about a project and deliver agreed services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Form submissions and service providers
Contact forms send the information you enter to FormSubmit, which forwards it to Goldkin Creatives by email. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Your enquiry therefore passes through these services and email infrastructure, which may process information outside your country.
FormSubmit states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. This is separate from correspondence in the business email inbox. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice and submission information.
Fonts, videos and external links
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Playing an embedded reel connects your browser to YouTube. These services may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details; YouTube and spam-protection services may also use cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, IMDb, Amazon and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. This site does not contain an analytics or advertising tracking script.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and project correspondence is handled through business email and the tools used for your project. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting work and recordkeeping requirements. You can ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or object to a particular use by emailing jules@goldkin.co. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
You can choose not to submit optional fields, and you can manage cookies and permissions in your browser. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact Julie directly using the contact options on the site.
