This website showcases photography, video, editing and related creative services. Prices and package descriptions are an overview. Your written quote or project agreement confirms the scope, fees, availability, deliverables, revisions, usage rights and delivery schedule for your project.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form, requesting a quote or sending a message does not confirm a booking. A project is confirmed once the scope and terms are agreed and any required booking payment is received.
For local shoots, the published booking terms require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date, with the balance due before final high-resolution delivery. Travel outside the Todos Santos corridor is quoted separately. Any cancellation, rescheduling or project-specific arrangements should be confirmed in your written agreement.
Creative work and usage rights
Photos, films, text, designs and other portfolio material displayed on this website belong to Goldkin Creatives or their respective rights holders. Please do not copy, republish or commercially use this material without permission.
Client usage rights and licensing are set out in the agreed quote or contract. Displaying work on this website does not grant visitors a licence to use it. For packages offering a perpetual commercial licence after full payment, the agreed project terms determine the permitted use.
Materials you provide
Please provide accurate contact and project information. For editing work, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed for footage, music, images, branding and other materials you supply. Specific production responsibilities and approvals are confirmed in the project agreement.

Changes and project agreements
Website information and these terms may be updated. An existing signed project agreement continues to govern that project. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
